We are a small, family-owned and operated company. In fact, we are a husband and wife team. C&E = Chad and Elaine. Chad spent 22 years in the coal mining industry as an electrical troubleshooter and repairman while washing houses on the weekends. Elaine worked in cabin and hotel housekeeping before our current endeavor. We began our business as a weekend side job for our first couple of years and officially opened
C&E Cleaning Services for business in the spring of 2019. We have grown to have hundreds of satisfied customers all over
Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
